What we do
That’s up to you! Our normal days fishing will start at about 8AM and we get back 8 or so hours later. You may want a trip to cover a different time period for evening fishing or to take in slack water at a deep wreck; it’s really up to you, anything you want we will accommodate. Where we go depends on what you want, (wreck or ground), time of year and weather. During the week we can do half or part days at a reduced cost but usually for a minimum of 6 anglers.
What we catch
The fish we can take change with season throughout the year and range from mackerel in summer, Ling, Cod, Pollack and Conger from the wrecks. In winter Cod, Spurdog, Whiting and Flatfish can be taken from the ground.
Can we keep the catch?
Yes! But we encourage everyone only to keep what they want to eat. Fish are a scarce resource in the Irish Sea and we do not want to jeopardise the conservation measures put in place to encourage recovery of fish stocks |
